Heike Schneider-Jenchen founded akquise sales with a clear conviction: that sustainable sales success comes not from volume, but from quality. Through real conversations, real industry understanding and real relationships – at eye level with production managers, IT managers and board members.

Before founding the company, she gathered over 15 years of experience in B2B sales of technical products. She knows why cold calling fails – and how to do it right. Today she leads a team that has, on average, been acquiring for their clients together for over 10 years.
